The Service Shuttle Driver drives company vehicles to transport customers in the local area. He or she provides shuttle service for customers needing transportation to and from work or home and will arrange schedules for that purpose. The Driver assists any customers in need of aid entering or exiting the vehicle and with any luggage. In addition, he or she performs routine vehicle maintenance and maintains the cleanliness of the vehicles. Most importantly and without exception, the Driver operates within the legal speed limits and in a safe fashion at all times.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, an unrestricted California driver's license, and a clean driving record. Candidates must be able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles and must have basic mechanical skills to perform minor vehicle maintenance (checking and topping off fluid levels, maintaining tire pressure, performing vehicle safety checks, etc.). Strong communication and customer service skills required.



  • Transports customers in assigned vehicles within the local area.
  • Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintains cleanliness of vehicles and performs routine maintenance tasks.
  • Obeys posted speed limits at all times and all other rules of the road.
  • Greet customers in a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Direct customers to appropriate location on the service drive.
  • Drive all makes and models of vehicles from the service drive to designated locations.
  • Wash vehicles.
  • Shuttle customers as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



  • Previous experience preferred.
  • A valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
  • Basic mechanical skills to perform minor vehicle maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
  • Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Highly professional and dependable.
  • Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
  • Must conduct oneself in a professional manner.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
  • Bilingual a PLUS!
