As the Assistant Parts Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Parts Manager in running a profitable and efficient parts department by utilizing proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staffing efficiencies, pricing strategies, merchandising and marketing.
The ideal candidate has at 3 years of experience as a Parts Counter Person or Assistant Parts Manager, preferably in a dealership. He or she must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong leadership, customer service and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Tekion software and Bilingual is a PLUS!
